 We are looking for a
 
 PURCHASING SUPERVISOR
 
 for the Purchasing Department.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in Purchasing especially in retail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from the department of Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in both written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Eg. Excel, PowerPoint)
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical thinking, problem solving and strong negotiation /communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-disciplined and quick learner
 </li>
 <li>
 Being teamwork-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong follow-up skills
 </li>
 <li>
 No restrictions for frequent supplier and warehouse visits and fairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably experienced in Household category
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Continuously sourcing for new suppliers / manufacturers in the local region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending fairs in order to track trends,looking for new products and new suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking and analyzing sales reports in order to review the products sales performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing new product proposals and price comparison by market surveys frequently in order to meet the number of the local SKU target of the country.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with the suppliers and global team to review and manage the product range by following them up from the product selection until the delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the stores and warehouse in terms of local purchasing of the required products
 </li>
 <li>
 Being in contact with global team for the purchasing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending regular meetings with the global team.
 </li>

 Your Role:
 
 As our Inbound Operations Supervisor, you will directly manage the receiving, sorting, and put-away processes within the warehouse. You&rsquo;ll act as the key connection point between the inbound floor and our central import and local procurement teams. This role is fully field-based and requires strong leadership on the ground.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee the entire inbound workflow, including physical receipt of goods, product sorting, and systematic put-away
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise daily operations of a large inbound team through operation field responsibles
 </li>
 <li>
 Set daily priorities, assign tasks clearly, and ensure execution is aligned with operational standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively monitor team performance and maintain a structured follow-up process to improve task completion and timing
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key metrics such as receiving accuracy, put-away speed, space utilization, and inbound flow efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with both import and local purchasing teams to coordinate inbound schedules and priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform root cause analysis on recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or quality problems
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We're Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, specifically in inbound logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead and organize large operational teams in a fast paced warehouse environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in assigning workloads, managing shift structures, and improving team performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of WMS and ERP systems; able to extract and interpret data for reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment with tight operational targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to coordinate daily with multiple departments and maintain clear and solution-focused dialogue
 </li>
