<div>DIGITAL MARKETING ASSISTANT
This is a flexible part-time role of approximately 24 hours per week with the potential to become full time in the future. Hiring range of $18 - $22 per hour based on experience.
As a key player on the Neb Doctors/Pumps for Mom marketing team, the Digital Marketing Assistant will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for social media marketing and advertising, content creation, graphic design, SEO/Analytics monitoring, PPC advertising, and light website support/maintenance. The right candidate will grow with the company and assume increasing responsibilities.
Qualified candidates will be fast learners who have an eye for detail and a drive for personal growth while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Responsibilities
GOOGLE ADVERTISING/ANALYTICS<ul><li>
Plan, create, and manage Google Ad campaigns including search, display, and remarketing; optimize ad copy, keywords, targeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.</li><li>
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.</li><li>
Review Google Analytics to provide meaningful insight into marketing campaigns and suggest strategic improvements based on results.</li></ul>
SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING<ul><li>
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and others.</li><li>
Develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting strategies.</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report on ad performance, adjusting campaigns to meet KPIs.</li><li>
Collaborate with others to ensure ad campaigns align with brand voice and objectives.</li></ul>
SEO<ul><li>
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.</li><li>
Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page elements, including titles, meta descriptions, and content structure.</li><li>
Monitor website performance, analyze data using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and recommend improvements.</li><li>
Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>
2 years proven work experience in marketing, digital media, advertising, or related field</li><li>
Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>
Familiarity with AI prompts and usage</li><li>
Basic familiarity with WordPress</li><li>
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Must be detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at once</li></ul>
