 Signature Pools is a locally owned, high-end custom pool builder serving the Twin Cities area. We build beautiful, durable pools and outdoor-living spaces &mdash; and we're looking for a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly.
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 This is a part-time position, typically 20&ndash;30 hours per week during our busy spring, summer, and fall seasons, with lighter hours in the winter. You'll work closely with our sales team, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and customers &mdash; helping manage the details that keep high-quality projects on track from start to finish. This role is office-based, but will occasionally require you to be at the field on job sites.
 
 
 There's real room to grow here. The right person could develop into a larger project management, estimating, or operations role over time.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, permits, inspections, and material deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Help build and manage project schedules and track progress through completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep internal teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide proactive updates to customers and help answer questions along the way
 </li>
 <li>
 Document project details, track job costs, and maintain accurate records in our project management systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Help coordinate projects that may include landscaping, patios, grading, and other outdoor-living work
 
 
 </li>

Project Coordinator

 Reich Tool &amp; Design, a Menomonee Falls based, family-owned and operated Tool and Die manufacturer for almost 60 years is looking for a Maintenance Technician. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on candidate to work under the direction of the Quality Manager. The Maintenance Technician oversees the functions of the plant HVAC, building maintenance, fire system, alarm system, generator, machinery and equipment, and support Management, as necessary. Also looking for an individual who can develop processes and standards to provide efficiencies and enhance company profitability. Reich offers a clean, climate-controlled environment.
 
 
 This is an 8-hour, in-person,
 
 first shift position Monday - Friday
 
 with possible overtime based on Company needs. Expected hours are 40 per week, however part-time hours will be considered.
 
 
 
 Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Perform a variety of skilled maintenance work to maintain structures, electrical system, HVAC, plumbing, machine and equipment repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, and refrigeration, etc. and documents all maintenance on ISO maintenance forms
 </li>
 <li>
 Transport materials and items as needed, using a forklift or hand truck
 </li>
 <li>
 Test and monitor fire system, building alarm system, AED and fire extinguishers. Flush water system for pressure on a quarterly basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Test and exercise generator on a quarterly basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain neat and orderly storage of material, clearly labeling all components appropriately
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform maintenance on vehicles, cranes and forklifts, if requested, and work with vendor for repairs when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to weld when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in pickups/deliveries with all company vehicles
 </li>
 <li>
 Snow removal with use of snow blower/shovels/salt
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination of subcontracted snow removal service and lawn care service
 </li>
 <li>
 Under general supervision; work is subject to final inspection and check
 </li>
 <li>
 Fill out appropriate ISO related paperwork assessing vendor performance and participate in meetings to review
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously improve department practices and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and implement cost saving measures
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the company's quality policy, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 13485, 5S practices, LEAN and world class manufacturing initiatives
