Job Title: Yacht Captain &ndash; 121 ft / 36.89m Full Displacement Yacht (Load 130)Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating and navigating a large 121-foot (36.89m) full displacement yacht with a load capacity of 130.Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure efficient, safe, and smooth day-to-day operation of the vessel.</li><li>Maintain full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards for the yacht and crew.</li><li>Guarantee the safety and well-being of all crew members and the vessel at all times.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to confirm the yacht&rsquo;s seaworthiness and ensure all onboard machinery is safe and fully functional.</li><li>Oversee and enhance the onboard experience to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.</li><li>Manage all aspects of navigation, safety protocols, documentation, and regulatory compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Higher Secondary / Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred).</li><li>Valid STCW safety training certification.</li><li>Yacht Captain License (mandatory).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong customer service orientation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Team-oriented and highly collaborative.</li><li>Well-organized, reliable, and committed to high professional standards.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of navigational and operational experience on similar large yachts.</li><li>Strong maritime background with solid training and hands-on experience.</li><li>Knowledge of yacht management, safety procedures, and operational protocols.</li><li>Understanding of financial responsibilities and both private and commercial yacht programs.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: AED 8,000 per month</li><li>Benefits Include:</li><li>Onboard accommodation (inside the yacht)</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Visa sponsorship</li><li>Airline tickets</li><li>Other standard benefits as per company policy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 per month
