The Job in a Nutshell
We're seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating user-centered designs that drive engaging and seamless experiences across our digital platforms. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and innovative solutions. What You Will Do
1. Product &amp; Experience Design<ul><li>
Lead end-to-end design for complex features across core flows (ordering, tracking, captain experience, marketplace).</li><li>
Translate product requirements into intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.</li><li>
Design for real-time, high-frequency use cases with clarity and efficiency in mind.</li></ul>
2. Strategic Contribution<ul><li>
Partner with Product Managers to shape product direction, not just execute on requirements.</li><li>
Contribute to defining product strategy through user insights, data, and design thinking.</li><li>
Balance user needs, business goals, and operational constraints.</li></ul>
3. Craft &amp; Quality<ul><li>
Deliver high-quality UX and UI with strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Raise the bar for design quality across the team through strong execution and ownership.</li><li>

4. Design Systems &amp; Scalability<ul><li>

Requirements 
 
What Are We Looking For❓<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in UX, HCI, Design, or related fields.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in product design (consumer or B2B products).</li><li>
Demonstrated success in designing scalable consumer or B2B digital products.</li><li>
Strong experience in using Figma, prototyping tools, and design system platforms.</li><li>
Proven ability to influence product direction at both tactical and strategic levels.</li><li>
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
