The Job in a Nutshell
We are looking for a highly talented and experienced HR Intern to join our creative team. As an HR Intern at Mrsool, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design process, managing a team of designers, and creating visually stunning designs that elevate our brand and engage our audience. 
Responsibilities 
 
What You Will Do

Maintain and update employee data on ZenHR, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all records.</li></ul><ul>
<li>Support the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Assist in sending onboarding and offboarding communications to employees and coordinating related tasks.</li>
<li>Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding checklists, and employee announcements.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth coordination between HR, IT, and Finance during new joiners&rsquo; setup and leavers&rsquo; offboarding.</li>
<li>Participate in employee engagement activities and other administrative HR tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of employee information and support HR in compliance-related documentation.</li>

Requirements
What Are We Looking For&#10067;

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
</li></ul><ul><li>Fresh graduate or student in their final year (available full-time).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic).</li>
<li>Comfortable working with systems and Excel/Google Sheets.</li>
