We are looking for a <b>Software Engineer</b> to support our clinical research systems and data operations. The role involves managing secure networks, supporting cloud environments, and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise tools used by research teams.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Set up, monitor, and maintain <b>VPN connections</b> for remote research staff and collaborators.</li><li>
Support <b>cybersecurity activities</b>, including user access management, basic security checks, and patch updates.</li><li>
Assist with <b>cloud system maintenance</b> (Microsoft Azure or similar).</li><li>
Install, configure, and manage <b>Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise</b> tools for the research team (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).</li><li>
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and connectivity issues.</li><li>
Work with the IT and data teams to ensure research data is stored securely and backed up properly.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in <b>Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</b>.</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in IT support, software setup, or system administration.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of <b>VPN setup</b>, <b>cloud systems</b>, and <b>cybersecurity practices</b>.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with <b>Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise</b> and user administration.</li><li>
Good problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to follow data protection protocols.</li></ul></div><div></div>
