The organization handles engineering drawings, vendor coordination, project documentation, and statutory compliance for multiple client sites across India.Job Summary:The apprentice will assist in engineering documentation, vendor coordination, site work support, and compliance management. This role offers practical exposure to industrial project execution, piping documentation (including isometric drawings), and operational coordination between design, procurement, and site teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Engineering Documentation &amp; Drawings<ul><li>Assist in developing and updating piping isometric drawings and other project-related engineering documentation.</li><li>Support the engineering team in preparing quotations, BOQs, and material take-offs.</li><li>Ensure drawing revisions are tracked, filed, and shared with the concerned departments.</li></ul>2. Vendor Coordination &amp; Procurement Support<ul><li>Follow up with multiple vendors for quotation collection, purchase order (PO) status, and material delivery updates.</li><li>Maintain vendor communication logs and ensure timely closure of procurement actions.</li><li>Support in tool and tackle arrangement, dispatch documentation (delivery challans, gate passes, receipts), and transport coordination for project sites.</li></ul>3. Site Work &amp; Project Support<ul><li>Assist in site manpower planning and allocation for various project locations.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of daily job sheets, site progress reports, and client acknowledgment on work completion.</li><li>Support project engineers in preparing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and ensuring work is executed safely and as per quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate the supply and tracking of PPEs, consumables, and materials, maintaining a proper consumable ledger.</li></ul>4. Statutory Compliance &amp; Employee Support<ul><li>Follow up with vendors for workers&rsquo; statutory compliance documents, such as labour license, ESI, PF, and insurance.</li><li>Support in maintaining employee wage documentation and monthly statutory remittance records.</li></ul>5. Billing &amp; Documentation Control<ul><li>Assist in invoice preparation, submission, and follow-up with clients until closure.</li><li>Maintain systematic filing and documentation for work completion reports, client approvals, and billing records.</li><li>Ensure all project documents (drawings, site reports, POs, invoices) are properly recorded and retrievable.</li></ul>6. General Support<ul><li>Support various departments based on operational priorities assigned by the company.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of mechanical/piping drawings and engineering concepts.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD / drafting tools (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Basic awareness of safety practices and statutory requirements in industrial projects.</li><li>Willingness to travel to different sites as per project requirements.</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial / Production Engineering.</li></ul>Learning Outcomes:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in project coordination and engineering documentation.</li><li>Exposure to industrial piping projects and IBR-related works.</li><li>Understanding of vendor management, site operations, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Development of professional communication and teamwork skills in an industrial environment.</li></ul>Share your CV or Resume atMSintellisolutions@gmail.comor Whats app: +91 9940970095 / +91 9865761075Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,500.00 - &#8377;17,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
