This role plays a key part in coordinating communication, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with transportation operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communicationsMaintain organized filing systems and credentialing of drivers (physical and digital)Assist with preparing reports, documents, and correspondenceMonitor and order supplies as neededResponsible for accounting support and invoicing for services, athletic and field tripsProficiency using Google Platform (Docs, Sheets, Mail, etc.), ProFund, and BusRight softwareDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProvide general support to staff and other duties as assigned by the transportation director
