We are Looking for a Sales Officer to manage tire sales operations to meet and exceed sales targets.<ul><li>Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Ensuring excellent product knowledge and customer service skills.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.</li><li>Ensure showroom displays, promotions, and product placements align with company standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.</li><li>Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience (3-5 years) in tire sales or the automotive aftermarket industry.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Solid understanding of tire products, specifications, and industry trends.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office .</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Knowledge of local market dynamics and established network within the tire/automotive sector.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + commission structure.</li><li>Comprehensive training and career development.</li><li>A supportive and energetic work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
