Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead and model excellent customer service in line with MSE standards</li><li>
Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize sales and profitability</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food quality standards</li><li>
Assist with managing cash and register operations as needed</li><li>
Maintain a professional appearance adhering to company dress policies</li><li>
Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and employee management</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurant or similar environment preferred</li><li>
Basic computer skills and proficiency with POS systems</li><li>
Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>
