Job Title: Account Manager - Regional Retail Sales, Systems
Pay Range: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 Annually
Location: City of Industry, CA</div> 
What you will DO:<ul><li>
Work with the Director of Regional Retail Sales in Creating and executing a Regional Retail business strategy for the Systems business in the United States</li><li>
Enhance the current strategic-planning and forecasting processes</li><li>
Develop and implement both short-term and long term strategic plans and goals across all product categories in order to increase Systems market share with key accounts, while acting as an individual contributor.</li><li>
Maintain contact with key markets and customers, while maximizing potential volume.</li><li>
Provide sales advice and guidance to promote and ensure overall sales effectiveness.</li><li>
Coordinate with the Marketing, PM and Sales departments in the execution of sales objectives, strategies, and promotional programs.</li><li>
Develop and provide forecasting reporting.</li><li>
Define budget and utilize operational resources.</li><li>
Established effective relationships with customers while closely managing channel pricing and resolve any potential conflicts</li><li>
Forge new working relationships and synergies both in and outside of the organization</li><li>
Able to drive immediate change</li><li>
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and overall market</li></ul> 
What you will NEED:<ul><li>
5-10 years of sales leadership experience in the IT Hardware space.</li><li>
Key skills: NATM, Regional Retail, Ecommerce</li></ul><div>
