 ROLE DESCRIPTION
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Bloomington, IN. This position serves as the senior HR leader for the organization, responsible for the day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support company growth and operational needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations, OSHA standards, and industry-specific requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with operations leadership to support workforce and succession planning, and lead retention initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management; lead internal investigations and ensure proper documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee benefits administration, workers&rsquo; compensation and unemployment claims, and payroll coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Own internal HR communications, including company-wide messaging and HR Help Desk operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a service-based or high-volume workforce environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of federal and Indiana labor laws, including wage and hour compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting a distributed or multi-site workforce strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management, and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in security, law enforcement, or similar industries is a plus
 </li>

 COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS

 $52,000-$62,400 annual salary range, based on experience and qualifications
 </li>
 <li>
