Job Description &ndash; Social Media Marketing SpecialistCompany: MSK Mentors Location: Peshawar Job Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryAs a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company&rsquo;s online presence through engaging content, strategic campaigns, and creative digital marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in branding, lead generation, and audience engagement by producing high-quality content and promotional materials.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.</li><li>Create engaging and original content for daily social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Design visually appealing flyers, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials using graphic design tools.</li><li>Edit and produce high-quality promotional videos, reels, and short-form content for social media and advertising campaigns.</li><li>Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.</li><li>Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and effective.</li><li>Collaborate with the admissions and counselling team to create marketing campaigns for student recruitment and university promotions.</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all digital and printed marketing content.</li><li>Analyze social media performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.</li><li>Excellent content writing and communication skills in English.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.</li><li>Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns and social media analytics tools is preferred.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.</li><li>Experience working in the education, consultancy, or study abroad industry is an advantage.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Career growth opportunities in an international company</li><li>Creative and collaborative working environment</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li></ul>Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Peshawar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
