This role is responsible for driving enrollments and revenue for online degree programs through a combination of direct sales and channel partnerships. The position requires strong ownership of regional performance, partner ecosystems, and end-to-end admissions execution.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Delivery &amp; Growth<ul><li>Deliver assigned enrollment and revenue targets for online programs across designated regions.</li><li>Build predictable and scalable pipelines to support sustained growth.</li></ul>Partner Management &amp; Channel Development<ul><li>Onboard, train, and manage education agents, sub-agents, academic institutions, and OPM/edtech partners.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, address operational challenges, and drive outcomes against defined KPIs.</li><li>Execute joint marketing and engagement initiatives to increase lead quality and improve conversion rates.</li></ul>Sales Process &amp; Funnel Management<ul><li>Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound lead pipelines generated directly and through partners.</li><li>Counsel prospective students on program offerings, admissions requirements, and career outcomes.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates across all stages of the admissions funnel.</li><li>Collaborate closely with admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing and timely enrollments.</li></ul>Training &amp; Capability Building<ul><li>Support onboarding and training of new partners and junior team members.</li><li>Drive best practices in CRM usage, sales processes, and compliance.</li><li>Act as a mentor and process owner within the regional ecosystem.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in Online Program Management (OPM), online degree sales, or digital higher education partnerships.</li><li>Strong understanding of online admissions funnels, conversion metrics, and learner lifecycle management.</li><li>Experience representing a university, OPM provider, or edtech organization in international markets.</li><li>Demonstrated success in channel partner development with direct revenue ownership.</li></ul>Why Join Us ??<ul><li>Represent a growing U.S. university brand in your local market.</li><li>Own and scale regional growth for online degree programs.</li><li>Build and lead a high-impact partner ecosystem.</li><li>Work in a leadership role with clear accountability and visibility.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: E&pound;52,000.00 - E&pound;70,000.00 per month
