This role will shape Eduverse into a premier global platform for learning, collaboration, and industry engagement.Core ResponsibilitiesSponsorship &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Build and execute a global sponsorship strategy aligned with MSM Unify's growth goals</li><li>Secure sponsorships from corporates, education brands, and industry leaders</li><li>Deliver high-value visibility and ROI for partners</li><li>Cultivate long-term strategic relationships</li></ul>Speaker Strategy<ul><li>Identify and onboard global thought leaders and influencers</li><li>Curate speaker programs that attract learners and sponsors</li><li>Manage speaker engagement from outreach to event delivery</li></ul>Sales &amp; Revenue<ul><li>Drive B2B and B2C sales across sponsorships, partnerships, and enrollments</li><li>Develop cross-sell and upsell strategies</li><li>Consistently exceed revenue targets through direct and channel sales</li></ul>Enrollment Growth (Working Professionals)<ul><li>Launch targeted campaigns for upskilling and certification programs</li><li>Partner with corporates and industry bodies for bulk enrollments</li><li>Promote ROI-driven learning pathways for career advancement</li></ul>Event &amp; Program Integration<ul><li>Seamlessly integrate sponsors and speakers into Eduverse events</li><li>Ensure visibility across pre-event, live, and post-event touchpoints</li><li>Oversee execution of activations and learning programs</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Build and lead a high-performing global sales and sponsorship team</li><li>Mentor team members and drive accountability</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, events, and academic teams</li><li>Represent Eduverse at global forums and conferences</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Track global trends in sponsorship and professional learning</li><li>&bull; Use data to optimize strategy and forecast growth</li><li>&bull; Measure ROI and refine future plans based on performance insights</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Sponsorship Revenue: Meet/exceed annual targets</li><li>Speaker Acquisition: Secure marquee speakers globally</li><li>Professional Enrollments: Achieve monthly/quarterly goals</li><li>Corporate Partnerships: Sign strategic upskilling agreements</li><li>Retention &amp; Growth: Maintain high sponsor renewal rates</li></ul>QualificationsEducation: <ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Education, or related fields</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Proven success in sponsorship sales and speaker management</li><li>Background in international education, edtech, or professional learning</li><li>Strong track record in revenue and enrollment growth</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strategic leadership across global markets</li><li>Event and program management expertise</li><li>Innovative mindset with tech and data fluency</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience working in international education industry?</li></ul>
