Role Objective:To ensure accurate estimation, budgeting, quantity verification, and cost control across all stages of building construction&mdash;from pre-contract planning to post-contract execution and billing.1. Quantity Surveying (QS)&middot; Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from GFC drawings (civil, structural, architectural, MEP).&middot; Prepare and validate BOQs as per project scope.&middot; Verify contractor RA bills and perform reconciliation with executed work.&middot; Conduct joint measurements with site engineers and contractors.&middot; Maintain records of variations, material wastage, and consumption.2. Cost Estimation &amp; Rate Analysis&middot; Prepare cost estimates during concept, pre-tender, and execution stages.&middot; Perform detailed rate analysis for items like RCC, plastering, tiling, MEP, etc., based on current market rates.&middot; Develop item-wise cost databases for benchmarking.3. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control&middot; Prepare project budgets and update cost-to-complete (CTC) reports.&middot; Track project cost against budget and report variances.&middot; Highlight cost overruns and assist in developing mitigation strategies.4. Procurement &amp; Commercial Support&middot; Provide quantity and cost data for issuing work orders and purchase orders.&middot; Support procurement in comparative analysis of quotations.&middot; Evaluate change orders and assess financial implications.5. Billing &amp; Reconciliation&middot; Verify and certify contractor/client bills.&middot; Reconcile material and financial records for monthly cost tracking.&middot; Prepare client invoices with supporting documentation, if applicable.6. Quantity Surveyor & Costing Engineer-Real Estate

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Quality Control function for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves establishing quality standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety requirements, and managing a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors.Key Responsibilities&middot; Mobilize and establish a Quality Management System (QMS) at project sites.&middot; Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan in line with company and client requirements.&middot; Carry out inspection and testing of construction materials as per IS codes through internal and third-party laboratories.&middot; Conduct quality inspections of execution works across civil, structural, finishing, and MEP activities.&middot; Analyze and approve concrete mix designs for different grades; conduct and monitor trial mixes.&middot; Coordinate with clients/customers to obtain approvals for materials, methodologies, and construction activities.&middot; Monitor concrete production at batching plants, cube casting, and compressive strength testing.&middot; Identify deviations, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and propose/implement corrective &amp; preventive actions.&middot; Prepare and submit monthly quality reports (MIS) to Head Office.&middot; Oversee the handover of completed facilities to the client with required quality documentation.&middot; Plan and conduct internal quality audits for projects.&middot; Conduct quality training programs for engineers, staff, and skilled labor.&middot; Maintain ISO documentation and ensure compliance during certification audits.Key Requirements:&middot; Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering .&middot; Experience: 8&ndash;14 years in QA/QC within the construction/real estate industry, with proven exposure to high-rise building projects.&middot; Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality standards.&middot; Hands-on expertise in Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and auditing processes.&middot; Proven track record in implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS):o ISO 9001 (QMS)o ISO 14001 (EMS)o ISO 45001 (OHSAS)&middot; Demonstrated success in achieving IMS certifications without major non-conformities in large-scale projects.&middot; Proficiency in technical documentation, including preparation and review of QA/QC plans, checklists, and reports.&middot; Working knowledge of AutoCAD (for drawings/review) and MS Project (for planning and monitoring quality activities).&middot; Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.&middot; Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC</li><li>Expected CTC</li><li>Notice period </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>QA/QC: 8 years (Preferred)</li><li>High Rise: 8 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
