</div><div>This role is ideal for a scheduling and administrative professional who enjoys being both client-facing and deeply involved in operations. You will manage scheduling logistics, communicate regularly with clients and service providers, support recruiting and internal initiatives, and help build, document, and improve systems that keep the business running smoothly.<br>

</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><div>1. Scheduling &amp; Accessibility Services<br>
</div><ul><li>Gather service details from customers and coordinate interpreting/captioning requests</li>
<li>Schedule services with contractors and providers via phone, email, text, and scheduling platforms</li>
<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality</li>
<li>Support customer satisfaction and retention efforts</li>
<li>Participate in Standby scheduling support</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule interpreting services (remote, onsite, or post-production)</li>
</ul><div>2. Contractor Recruitment &amp; Retention<br>
</div><ul><li>Recruit interpreters, captioners, and other accessibility providers</li>
<li>Conduct contractor interviews and onboarding</li>
<li>Build strong relationships to support long-term retention/satisfaction</li>
</ul><div>3. Administrative &amp; Team Support<br>
</div><ul><li>Assist with pickup and drop of mail/equipment shipments</li>
<li>Assist with website updates, newsletters, and recruiting/marketing materials</li>
<li>Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and specification sheets</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned</li>
</ul><div>4. Interpreting &amp; Creative Projects<br>
</div><ul><li>Support captioning and audio description projects (training provided)</li>
<li>Workshops, presentations, and special creative initiatives for interpreter and Deaf development</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred)</li>
<li>Experience in accessibility or interpreter scheduling (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project management</li>
<li>Remote work environment, required to report in person periodically</li>
<li>Located in St. Louis Metro Area (required)</li>
<li>Possess active security clearance, experience in marketing and recruiting is a plus</li>
<li>Confident participating in video calls with your camera on</li></ul><br>
