MT Carpenter Companies, a family-owned professional landscape company, is seeking HARDWORKING and RELIABLE LANDSCAPE LABORERS to join our team.Why work for MT?<ul><li>Be home DAILY</li><li>WEEKLY paychecks with OVERTIME available each week</li><li>A staff that is always available and CARES about its employees</li><li>Annual Bonuses based on work performance &ndash; SKYS THE LIMIT!</li><li>Competitive wages &amp; health insurance available</li></ul>Core Capabilities:<ul><li>Responsible and dependable</li><li>Customer and quality focus</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>JOB DUTIES:</li><li>Assist foreman and crew with all job-related tasks</li><li>Operate various landscape tools and equipment, including chainsaws, jackhammers, lases levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.</li><li>Assist in the construction and installation of walkways, fences, paver patios, concrete curbing, water features, irrigation systems, etc.</li><li>Load and unload material, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape projects</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, and/or move a minimum of 50 lbs. throughout an entire work shift</li><li>Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis</li><li>Install planting beds and lawns</li><li>Work in accordance with all local health/safety laws and regulations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to work 40-55 hours per week (overtime eligible after 40 hours)</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates with a current driver's license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: On the road
