About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support &amp; E-commerce Assistant. This role combines general administrative duties with inventory management, sales support, and experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon. You&rsquo;ll be an essential part of our support staff, helping to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records</li><li>Assist with sales processing and customer service</li><li>Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document organization</li><li>Provide general office support and coordination</li><li>Support listing, updating, and managing products on marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate with other departments as needed</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in office support, admin, or sales roles</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, etc.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience with inventory management systems</li><li>Experience in a support staff role in a retail or e-commerce business</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
