What will your job look like?
The Training Designer will design training for a targeted audience on various subjects based on contract, client or executive requests in alignment with MTM Training branding guidelines. The Training Designer will use knowledge about people, process and systems to monitor, maintain and support all branches of the company through the evaluation and development of training.
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Design, plan, create and deliver engaging, cost-effective training materials that address organizational needs by following the MTM processes which may include:</li><li>
Presentations &amp; Training videos</li><li>
Computer-based training courses</li><li>
Training materials: i.e. project plan, schedules, checklists, job aids, workbooks, facilitator guides, assessments and surveys</li><li>
Receive information from multiple sources and create initial and ongoing performance-based training materials</li><li>
Schedule and conduct efficient meetings with internal and external stakeholders as needed</li><li>
Gather feedback and data from reports, contracts, RFP documents, surveys, subject matter experts at multiple levels of the organization and other sources to interpret information and improve transfer of learning</li><li>
Conduct needs analysis for training requests using the Kirkpatrick model</li><li>
Maintain and perform regular audits for accuracy, completion tracking and content updates</li><li>
Foster a collaborative learning environment by attending and conducting train the trainer sessions for employees in person or via webinar when applicable</li><li>
Evaluate training team members and provide constructive feedback</li><li>
Train, evaluate and enforce location specific quality guidelines and processes</li><li>
Represent the People &amp; Culture department by embodying the defined culture and MTM Brand Ambassador behaviors</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need:
Experience, Education &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or G.E.D</li><li>
1+ years of experience designing, organizing, writing and editing technical documentation, preferably training-related documents</li><li>
1+ years of Customer Service experience AND experience in one or more of the following required: sales, call center, transportation, technology, medical or social work</li><li>
Advance level of proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel &amp; Outlook</li></ul>

Ability to troubleshoot and handle all technical aspects of training delivery</li><li>
Ability to deliver impactful training to any learner at any level of the organizational hierarchy</li><li>
Understanding of adult learning concepts</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, preferred</li><li>
2+ years of experience delivering training or presentations, preferred</li><li>
Experience using LMS software, Adobe Captivate or Presenter, strongly preferred</li></ul>

Salary Min: $55,920.00
Salary Max: $74,560.00

The Logistics Technology Technician is a member of a vital team that is charged with the ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and installation of radio communications, video monitors, camera systems, recording devices and telematic tracking systems on vehicles. This includes hardware and software maintenance installation and repair.
The Logistics Technology Technician provides hands-on support, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of all infrastructure components in support of the products used by the company and the client where applicable. The Logistics Technology Technician will be responsible for the Initial scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, installation and removal of all communication, video and tracking devices as needed.

What we Require:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent</li><li>
Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Associate degree, preferred.</li><li>
2 + years of experience in automotive audio and visual hardware, software support, maintenance, upgrades, and customer care</li><li>
Automotive courses from an accredited institute preferred ASE certified (A-6) Electrical/ Electronic systems.</li></ul>
What will your job look like?<ul><li>
Perform preventative maintenance on electronics during expected scheduled time periods.</li><li>
Troubleshoot, clean, install, and repair as required radios, videos equipment, cameras, and telematic devices.</li><li>
Create work orders accurately and timely.</li><li>
Ensure all data is collected in the computerized maintenance management system collecting the complaints, causes, and corrective actions performed to include labor and parts usage.</li><li>
Communicate the status of all repairs that are required, ones that are completed, as well as any parts that are needed (for stock or repairs)</li><li>
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the electronic devices assigned.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>
