 Responsibilities:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and conduct property viewings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle negotiations between buyers/sellers or landlords.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Match client requirements with available properties accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in buying, selling residential and commercial properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all paperwork, legal documentation, and contracts are complete and compliant.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate sector (including off-plan, commercial)
 </li>
 <li>
 knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets
 </li>
