Senior Sales Executive - AV/IT/ELV

Job Overview: We are looking for a capable and well-organized Marketing, Technical Executive to manage marketing coordination, tender participation, and administrative operations. The candidate should possess technical knowledge of digital signage displays, interactive smart boards, and audio-video (AV) systems, along with good communication and multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities:Marketing &amp; Technical:<ul><li>Coordinate and execute marketing activities, promotions, and client follow-ups.</li><li>Identify and participate in government and private tenders, including document preparation and online submissions.</li><li>Support the preparation of technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and datasheets.</li><li>Assist in demonstrations, client presentations, and basic pre-sales support.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the AV and digital signage sector.</li><li>Maintain a database of suppliers, clients, and tenders.</li></ul>Admin Activities:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day office administration and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain project and purchase documentation systematically.</li><li>Coordinate with the head office on invoicing, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Manage local logistics, courier dispatch, and vendor follow-ups.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, marketing, and tender progress.</li><li>Digital marketing, Video presentations.</li><li>Social media handling. Testing for audio and video equipment and proficient in troubleshooting.</li><li>Program and integrate AV control, automation, and ELV systems.</li><li>Install and configure digital signage players, smart TV setups, CMS software, content scheduling, and display networks.</li><li>Conduct site surveys, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations.</li><li>Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide on-site/remote support.</li><li>Coordinate with project and sales teams for timely execution.</li><li>Prepare handover documentation and provide end-user training.</li><li>Ensure quality installation including cabling, rack integration, device setup, and network configuration.</li><li>Maintain service standards and adhere to project timelines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
