Work location is Al Nahda, SharjahEmail id: info@mu2creations.comKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing information about our services.</li><li>Perform telesales activities, including outbound calls to prospective clients and follow-up calls to existing customers.</li><li>Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.</li><li>Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.</li><li>Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or sales is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in an administrative or telesales role, preferably within a digital printing or related industry.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunity for growth and career development.</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment.</li><li>Training and development programs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
