Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits: Administering and managing employee benefit programs like health insurance and retirement plans, as well as coordinating incentives.</li><li>Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and promoting harmonious working relationships.</li><li>Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting employee goal-setting and development.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and implementing professional development programs.</li><li>Policy &amp; Compliance: Enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and assisting with policy development.</li><li>Employee Data &amp; Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR information systems (HRIS).</li><li>HR Strategy &amp; Operations: Supporting HR managers, providing advice to company leaders on people-related issues, and managing day-to-day HR operations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
