Senior Site Supervisor (Construction)

Role Overview:The Sales Manager will lead and drive the sales function for assigned projects, ensuringachievement of revenue targets through effective team management, client engagement, andchannel partner coordination. The role demands a mix of strategic planning, peoplemanagement, and hands-on selling in a competitive real estate market.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy &amp; Target Achievemento Implement sales plans set by management to achieve monthly, quarterly, andannual targets.o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.o Drive direct sales as well as sales through channel partners.2. Team Leadership &amp; Managemento Conduct regular reviews, set individual KPIs, and ensure performancedelivery.o Good in objection handling, closing techniques, and product USP pitching.3. Customer Engagement &amp; Relationship Managemento Interact with prospective clients, conduct presentations, and convert leadsinto bookings.o Ensure superior customer experience during pre- and post-sales.o Resolve escalations and build long-term customer relationships.4.
