MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Officers responsible for analyzing and managing risk issues by defining, evaluating, measuring, monitoring and managing the risks bank exposed to by considering laws, regulations and approved risk policies and strategic plans approved by the Board of Directors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Design and application of the risk management system,</li><li>
Identify risk management policies and application procedures on the basis of risk management strategies,</li><li>
Ensure application and compliance with risk management policies and implementation procedures,</li><li>
Ensure understanding the risks before taking an action and conducting sufficient assessments,</li><li>
Designing, choosing, implementing risk measurement models and contribute for preliminary approval process, review the models regularly and make the necessary changes,</li><li>
Produce and analyse periodic reports from risk measurement models used by the bank,</li><li>
Ensure keeping quantifiable risks within the defined limits and monitoring the use of these limits,</li><li>
Aggregate the limits identified on the basis of unit for each risk, and monitor compliance with the defined limits at the entire bank,</li><li>
Ensure regular and timely monitoring of risk measurement and risk monitoring results to the board of directors or related responsible person for internal systems and to the senior management.</li></ul>
WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential:<ul><li>
Minimum 2 years banking experience especially in risk management area.</li></ul>
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Functional / Technical Competencies:
Essential: Basic knowledge of all main risk types is required. i.e. Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Business Continuity and Liquidity Risk. Besides overall banking, advanced excel knowledge and fluency in English are an asset.
Education / Qualifications:
Essential: Vice President must have minimum undergraduate level degree in banking, economics, econometrics and business administration, mathematics engineering, statistics and equivalent fields, and those with an undergraduate degree in engineering must have a graduate degree in the mentioned fields.

Provide support to TB Head and the team for sales support, financial institutions correspondent banking support, cash and trade product development, improvement or update of existing product structures, transaction banking reporting to business units and senior management, coverage responsibilities for MUFG Offices and 3rd Party trade banks.
System development:
<ul><li>Support the daily business activity to deliver assigned financial and business targets.</li></ul>
Customer development:
<ul><li>Support to identify business opportunities and build effective business relationships with key client contacts and internal clients.</li><li>
Co-operate and support Sales members in order to develop market synergy in terms of pitching the product offering to clients.</li></ul>
Risk &amp; Compliance:
<ul><li>Effectively support the TB Head to manage and mitigate risk within the function and direct and monitor the compliance of internal control systems and requirements. Ensure that all significant incidents and control issues are properly reported in a timely manner.</li><li>
Ensuring that local and global regulations are adhered to and aligned in the development of our country TB capabilities.</li><li>
Global collaboration:</li><li>
Work in partnership with other internal colleagues across all regions to conduct daily business activity.</li></ul>
