About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales with experience in the Flexible Packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets within the FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.</li><li>Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.</li><li>Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.</li><li>Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis.</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of customer payments.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of sales experience in Flexible Packaging, Printing, or Packaging industry.</li><li>Experience in developing Sales Strategies and Business Development</li><li>Customer Relationship Management skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to analyze market trends and create reports</li><li>Experience in the packaging industry is a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field</li><li>Valid driving license and willingness to travel.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
