Role ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for leading creative and technical aspects of interior fit-out projects, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Conceptualizing and delivering 3D visualizations, mood boards, hand sketches, and client-facing presentations</li><li>Developing interior design concepts and space planning aligned with client vision and functional requirements</li><li>Preparing detailed technical and working drawings for architecture, MEP, and joinery works</li><li>Managing the full design execution cycle, including coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments</li><li>Creating BOQs, material lists, cost estimations, and client quotations</li><li>Developing and maintaining project timelines, and overseeing implementation in line with project goals</li><li>Ensuring compliance with documentation standards, inspection protocols, and local authority approval processes</li><li>Coordinating with procurement and production teams to manage material flow and cost control effectively</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum of 3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out (residential, commercial, F&amp;B, hospitality, villa projects)</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, fit-out specifications, materials, and project approvals</li><li>Proven ability to manage client relationships, budget controls, and project scheduling</li><li>Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a sample/portfolio of your work?</li><li>Can you join immediately?</li><li>Your Visa Status</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Interior &amp; Fitout: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License? Senior Project Architect

Job Description:<ul><li>Conceptualize design,3D renders, presentations and Hand sketches</li><li>Develop concept design and space planning and Prepares detailed working drawings, mood boards and other documents relating to the project.</li><li>The designer will be responsible for managing the design functions on Fit out projects as assigned including liaising with the clients and other internal departments/sub-contractors and coordinate for execution of the project .</li><li>Prepare the material list, BOQ, Quotations, variations and submit for approval to the client</li><li>Control the cost as per budget and Monitor material coordination between production, design and sales department.</li><li>Handle authority approvals of local agencies (drawing approvals) and Correspondence with client/ consultants/ subcontractors.</li></ul>Candidates Requirements (Must have)<ul><li>Project Architect / Interior Designer who have experienced in residential, commercial, F&amp;B, hospitality, and villa projects.</li><li>Proficient in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs</li><li>Experienced in Negotiations and agreeing budgets and time-scales</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D/3D plans, detailed shop drawings for Civil/MEP/joinery for interior &amp; fit-out Projects.</li><li>Must have Knowledge in interior and Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers &amp; Materials.</li><li>Able to use ALL of the following: 3D Max, V-ray Render Engine, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft office in an expert level specially Excel</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
