If you have 2+ years of professional experience building high-performance, scalable web applications with React and Node.js, we want to talk to you!What You'll Do (Responsibilities)<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).</li><li>Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js (e.g., Express, NestJS).</li><li>Collaborate with our UX/UI designers and product managers to translate concepts and wireframes into clean, functional code.</li><li>Manage and optimize data storage solutions (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).</li><li>Implement clean, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in regular code reviews.</li><li>Utilize Git for version control and contribute to a smooth CI/CD pipeline.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to ensure peak performance and reliability.</li></ul>What You'll Bring (Required Skills)<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.</li><li>Expertise in React.js and its core principles (Hooks, Component Lifecycle).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Node.js for back-end development.</li><li>Solid grasp of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.</li><li>Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and services.</li><li>Familiarity with at least one relational or NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).</li><li>Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.</li></ul>Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)<ul><li>Experience with TypeScript.</li><li>Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li><li>Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux/Zustand or front-end frameworks like Next.js/Gatsby.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
