Job Description:The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and as per design specifications and timelines. This role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and on-site problem-solving ability.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site.</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other engineering teams.</li><li>Monitor material usage, quality, and progress of work.</li><li>Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain documentation.</li><li>Identify and resolve any technical issues on-site.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site supervision or project execution.</li><li>Sound knowledge of civil engineering drawings, BOQ, and construction materials.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel / AutoCAD (added advantage).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and organized Store / Purchase Assistant to manage inventory and handle purchasing tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in store management or procurement, with strong knowledge of stock handling, vendor coordination, and record-keeping.Key Responsibilities:Store Management:&middot; Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or items.&middot; Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.&middot; Organize and manage storage space to ensure easy access and safety.&middot; Issue materials as per requirements and keep proper records.&middot; Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.Purchase Management:&middot; Source suppliers and compare prices to get the best deals.&middot; Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.&middot; Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.&middot; Coordinate with other departments for material requirements.&middot; Ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs or delays.Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or purchasing.</li><li>Skills:</li></ul>&uuml; Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes&uuml; Familiar with MS Excel, inventory software, and basic documentation&uuml; Strong attention to detail and good communication skills&uuml; Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressureCareer Growth:This position is a great starting point for building a long-term career in store management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
