 What you should know:
 
 
 Mulberry is partnering with a global veterinary organization to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role you will conduct full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive an exceptional hiring experience. The ideal candidate is able to work in ambiguity, in a fast-paced environment, and able to work with global teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 A day in the life:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and executive level roles across technology, operations, and corporate functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and recommendations on talent strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with global HRBPs and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, business goals, and long‑term organizational priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop tailored search strategies for leadership hires, including passive sourcing, targeted outreach, and confidential recruitment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain pipelines for highly specialized skill sets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively source diverse, high‑quality candidates using advanced sourcing methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build future‑facing talent pipelines for recurring or anticipated vacancies across the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Influence, coach, and collaborate with hiring teams across multiple time zones to align expectations and ensure consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate debriefs and guide hiring leaders through structured, equitable decision‑making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize global recruitment systems, tools, and platforms to accurately track candidate movement and maintain data integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement initiatives across the broader TA function.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 5-7+ years of corporate technical recruiting experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work with limited information, direct communication, and a high attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong collaboration, ability to pivot, and able to work in a large, complex, ever changing business
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation and Benefits
 
 :
 
 $50-60/HR plus access to Mulberry&rsquo;s employer of record partner.
