Field Manager Pharma Sales &ndash; Rahim Yar KhanJob Description:-Monitors sales staff performance of selling goods or services to existing and potential clients-Sets sales targets for team and individual sellers-Receives annual sales goals from executives, implements them accordingly, and regularly reviews sales figures-Ensures field sales team meets said sales objectives-Establishes techniques to maximize productivity and efficiency-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company&rsquo;s customer base and ensures it&rsquo;s strong presence-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusJob Requirements:-Education BBA/MBA Marketing degree in business administration.-Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets-Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close-Gender: Male-Experience: 3-4 Years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing especially in FMCG required-Industry: FMCGJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Field Manager

<ul><li>Organization: Organize stock by business type (pharmaceutical, consumer, healthcare) and segregate by principal, group, and batch with proper labeling.</li><li>Isolate products with pungent smells.</li><li>Store goods on pallets, not directly on the floor.</li><li>Pharmaceutical Compliance: Follow First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) and ensure proper segregation by principal, product, and batch.</li><li>Store cool-chain products (2-8&deg;C) in refrigerators; other temperature-sensitive items in air-conditioned rooms (&lt;25&deg;C).</li><li>Use ice packs and thermopile boxes for deliveries.</li><li>Record temperature logs regularly.</li><li>Stock Monitoring: Conduct monthly stock-takes, address discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.</li><li>Audits: Assist internal/external auditors, banks, or principals during stock checks.</li><li>Inspect incoming stock for damage/shortages and document adjustments.</li><li>Coordinate inter-depot transfers with transporters and dispatch required invoices.</li><li>Operations: Open warehouse on time, manage staff attendance, and arrange replacements as needed.</li><li>Safety: Maintain fire-fighting equipment, clear exits, and first-aid supplies.
