To be successful in this role, you must:<ul><li>Be 18 years of age or older</li><li>Use your landscaping experience and people skills to be an effective team member</li><li>Landscaping experience is a plus</li><li>Ready to work hard in weather conditions (heat, cold etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>A solid work ethic and good teamwork skills</li><li>Skills in various gardening techniques and equipment</li><li>Knowledge and ability to use landscape related tools (i.e. mowers, trimmers, blowers. etc.)</li><li>High school degree or GED is preferred</li><li>A valid driver license and a clean driving record is a plus</li><li>Ability to read and write</li><li>Successfully undergo and pass DISA Drug Screening</li><li>Successfully undergo and pass DISA Background Check</li><li>Possess or can obtain a TWIC Card</li><li>Adhere to close-shave compliance</li></ul>&zwj;Compensation / Benefits<ul><li>401K plan with partial match</li><li>Paid Time Off to include Vacation and Sick</li><li>Dental, Vision, Disability and many more supplemental insurances</li><li>Health insurance package</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
