Should be able to join immediately.******FEMALE ONLY*************MUST BE IN SPOUSE VISA ONLY APPLY******Job Description Follows,<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering or related field.</li><li>Need to make BOQ for Steel, Concrete etc. etc. (MUST)</li><li>Strong network of local suppliers and knowledge of UAE construction materials and pricing.</li><li>Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.</li><li>Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections Reports.</li><li>Familiarity with software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, Plan swift etc.,</li><li>Examining and reviewing or assessing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.</li><li>Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and independently and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Project management duties (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and quotes, etc.).</li><li>Communicate and interact effectively with other architects, consultants, and sub-contractors.</li><li>Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials</li></ul>Location- Ajman, UAESalary will be discussed upon the interview.send CV to - media@multiflags.comJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
