The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a refined sense of service, and the ability to build trust-based relationships with discerning clients. You will play a key role in promoting our premium offerings, nurturing leads, and ensuring an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Engage with high-value clients and prospects through outbound and inbound calls to introduce luxury products and services.</li><li>Understand clients&rsquo; preferences, lifestyles, and aspirations to recommend the most suitable products.</li><li>Follow up with potential clients, maintain rapport, and ensure a seamless pre- and post-sales experience.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, call logs, and lead status reports in CRM systems.</li><li>Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding brand integrity.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing and showroom teams to support client conversions and exclusive promotions.</li><li>Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback with utmost professionalism and discretion.</li><li>Represent the brand&rsquo;s tone, aesthetics, and values in every interaction.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience: 1&ndash;4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service within the luxury, lifestyle, fashion, jewelry, automotive, or hospitality sector.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Polished and professional telephone etiquette.</li><li>Ability to engage affluent clients and understand luxury buying behavior.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.</li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Confident, poised, and service-oriented demeanor.</li><li>Persuasive communicator with attention to detail.</li><li>Goal-driven with a refined sense of aesthetics and brand presentation.</li><li>High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with premium clientele.</li></ul>Interested Candidate can share cv on 9321236461.
