We&rsquo;re looking for an Electrical Project Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and ensure all MEP works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.The role demands hands-on supervision, coordination with contractors, and maintaining the highest quality and safety benchmarks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and monitor all MEP and electrical works on site.</li><li>Ensure work execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and method statements.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve site issues.</li><li>Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and HSE policies.</li><li>Conduct daily inspections, maintain site logs and progress reports.</li><li>Support preparation of inspection requests and as-built documentation.</li><li>Track project progress against schedules and report delays or issues.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in MEP site supervision.</li><li>Strong knowledge of site procedures, technical drawings, QA/QC, and HSE standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong leadership and site management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle teams and subcontractors under pressure.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety compliance.</li></ul>To Apply:Send your CV to hr@multiconengineers.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
