Job Title: ReceptionistLocation: Kharghar Department: Front Office / OPD Reporting to: Hospital Administrator / Front Office Manager Experience: 1&ndash;4 years (experience in hospital or healthcare preferred) Employment Type: Full-time (must be open to rotational or night shifts if required)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner.</li><li>Register new patients and manage appointments for consultants, OPD, and diagnostics.</li><li>Answer telephone calls promptly; handle inquiries or direct them to the concerned department.</li><li>Maintain patient records, update information in the hospital management software/EMR.</li><li>Guide patients on billing, insurance documentation, and other administrative procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with departments like nursing, lab, radiology, and pharmacy for smooth patient flow.</li><li>Ensure waiting areas and front desk are clean, organized, and welcoming.</li><li>Collect and record feedback from patients regarding services.</li><li>Handle complaints calmly and escalate to Admin/Manager when needed.</li><li>Manage shift handovers and maintain logs of daily activities.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Hospital Administration or related field).</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in a hospital or clinic front desk role.</li><li>Basic computer skills; familiarity with hospital software (e.g., MedSys, Insta, or similar).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li></ul>Preferred Qualities:<ul><li>Presentable with a pleasant personality.</li><li>Experience handling billing or TPA coordination is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to work night shifts or weekends if required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
