SUMMARY: You will build the foundational backend services, billing engines, and data models for our next-generation enterprise IoT platform. Your immediate goal is to deliver the core infrastructure necessary to securely migrate existing enterprise customers from legacy systems to our modern cloud environment.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Architect and implement a scalable device database to ensure trusted device identity, validation, and catalog structure.</li>
<li>Design and build scalable backend services and APIs supporting device management, billing, authentication, and administration.</li>
<li>Build robust billing and administration capabilities needed for enterprise readiness, including subscription monetization, RBAC, and auditability.</li>
<li>Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep to automate resource creation and ensure maintainability as the platform scales.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product, Platform, Cloud, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable IoT solutions.</li>
<li>Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude-Preferred, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 
<ul>
<li>7+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise-grade cloud applications.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in .NET / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and gRPC.</li>
<li>Experience with GraphQL and designing distributed messaging systems (e.g., pub/sub, Azure Service Bus).</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, specifically Azure App Service and Azure AD B2C / Microsoft Entra ID.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of database technologies, specifically Azure Cosmos DB and Redis.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of containerization and observability principles, with an eye toward future Kubernetes adoption.</li>
</ul>

Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; safety glasses, hearing protection, wrist and shoe straps, and ESD smock. Loose fitting clothing and jewelry are not permitted. No food is allowed in the manufacturing area. No cell phone use allowed in manufacturing area unless approved by management.</li>

SUMMARY: MultiTech’s Total Rewards Manager is a strategic individual contributor responsible for the design, implementation, and evolution of global total rewards programs, with primary accountability for global compensation programs and North American benefits programs (United States and Canada), along with select global market programs. This role partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver competitive, equitable, and compliant reward programs globally, driving talent attraction, retention, and performance.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Total Rewards Strategy & Integration: 
<ul>
<li>Support the development and execution of a global total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and talent priorities.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment of compensation and benefits programs to deliver a cohesive employee value proposition.</li>
<li>Evaluate market trends and emerging practices to inform program evolution.</li>
<li>Partner with HR leadership to enhance employee understanding and perception of total rewards.</li>
</ul>
Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>Design, implement, and continuously improve global compensation structures, frameworks, and programs, including job structure, base salary, and incentive/bonus plans (corporate and sales incentive).</li>
<li>Lead annual global compensation processes (salary reviews, bonus planning).</li>
<li>Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain competitive positioning.</li>
<li>Develop, implement and maintain job architecture, salary ranges, and grading structures.</li>
<li>Perform pay equity analyses and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Provide consultative guidance to HR and business leaders on offers, promotions, and pay decisions.</li>
<li>Align compensation programs with overall total rewards philosophy and business strategy.</li>
<li>Partner with HR leadership and Finance on compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.</li>
</ul>
Benefits:

<li>Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of benefits programs in the U.S. and Canada, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.</li>
<li>Manage vendor relationships, brokers, renewals, and contract negotiations.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in all applicable regions (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.).</li>
<li>Analyze program effectiveness, utilization, and cost trends; recommend enhancements and changes. Collaborate with brokers and HR team to manage the execution and implementation of programs/changes.</li>
<li>Manage global benefits programs in collaboration with regional stakeholders. Review global offerings and identify, recommend and implement enhancements where needed.</li>

Global Programs & Projects:

<li>Lead global total rewards initiatives, including employee recognition and harmonization/alignment of compensation and benefits programs across regions.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of a consistent global rewards framework while allowing for local market differences, competitiveness and compliance.</li>
<li>Support merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence, integration and harmonization.</li>
<li>Develop communication materials to educate employees and leaders on comp and benefits programs, clearly articulating the value of total rewards across the organization.</li>
</ul>
Governance, Compliance & Analytics: 
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with global compensation and benefits laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Develop and track key metrics and reporting dashboards.</li>
<li>Manage accurate and timely processes to ensure compliance requirements are met.</li>
<li>Maintain policies and documentation.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field required; related certification preferred.</li>
<li>5-8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and/or benefits, including global exposure.</li>
<li>Strong total rewards expertise, including compensation strategy and benefits program design, with focus on market competitiveness, pay equity, and employee value proposition required.</li>
<li>Expertise in comp framework and program design, market benchmarking, and comp cycle management.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits programs required. Working knowledge of Canadian benefits preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with HRIS and compensation systems (to include configuration). Dayforce experience/exposure ideal but not required.</li>
<li>Advanced analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities.</li>
<li>Strong communication, influential leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.</li>
</ul>
