Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Plumbing) works on site.</li><li>Ensure that all installations and activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical and coordination issues.</li><li>Monitor daily progress and prepare site activity reports.</li><li>Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with design specifications.</li><li>Assist in planning and scheduling MEP activities in line with overall project timelines.</li><li>Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure workmanship standards are met.</li><li>Identify and rectify issues or delays in the installation process.</li><li>Ensure availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Maintain site documentation, including inspection logs, test reports, and red-marked drawings.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures.</li><li>Train and supervise technicians and skilled laborers on best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in [commercial/residential/hospitality/industrial] projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and building codes.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED5,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>
