Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Siding and Window Installer and have a minimum of 10 year experience where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the exterior and interior aesthetics of residential and commercial buildings. This energetic position involves installing high-quality siding and windows with precision, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and visual appeal. Your expertise will directly contribute to transforming spaces and exceeding client expectations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Measure, cut, assemble, and install siding panels and window units according to project specifications and blueprints.</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations.</li><li>Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement of siding and windows.</li><li>Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, trimming, or framing to ensure proper fit and finish.</li><li>Perform heavy lifting of materials such as siding panels, window units, and related components while maintaining safety standards.</li><li>Conduct site assessments to determine project scope, materials needed, and installation sequence.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on construction estimating, framing, masonry work, roofing, or other related tasks as needed for comprehensive project completion.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on siding or window installation.</li><li>Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, screwdrivers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.</li><li>Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material calculations.</li><li>Familiarity with related trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding or remodeling is a plus.</li><li>Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights while maintaining safety protocols.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills on-site.</li><li>Valid experience with construction estimating software or schematics interpretation is advantageous.
