HR &amp; Training Manager &ndash; Munjoh Group (Luxury Resorts, Andamans)Location: Havelock + Port Blair Type: Full-time (On-site only)Munjoh is in the middle of a turnaround &mdash; almost a re-opening. We&rsquo;re rebuilding systems, retraining teams, and driving a new culture of ownership and discipline across our luxury resorts in the Andamans.We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on HR &amp; Training Manager who can lead from the front &mdash; setting up structure, hiring right, building accountability, and ensuring every team member is trained, motivated, and performing to Luxury standards.Your Role<ul><li>Set up and manage HR operations &mdash; hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance.</li><li>Design and run training programs for all departments (service, kitchen, housekeeping, front office).</li><li>Build SOP-driven performance systems for reviews, incentives, and training hours.</li><li>Handle employee relations with firmness and empathy &mdash; zero tolerance for indiscipline.</li><li>Partner with leadership to shape a results-first, guest-centric culture.</li></ul>You Are<ul><li>Experienced in luxury hotel/resort HR (minimum 5&ndash;8 years).</li><li>A builder &mdash; loves creating systems from scratch.</li><li>Calm under chaos, consistent, and unafraid of challenge.</li><li>Hands-on, grounded, and committed to island life &mdash; not a remote coordinator.</li><li>Non-drinker, disciplined, and results-oriented.</li></ul>Apply only if you&rsquo;re ready to lead people through structure, not talk about it &mdash; and thrive in an environment where every process is being rebuilt for excellence.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>You join a property mid-turnaround.
