We are &quot;Crafting Original Experiences,&quot; and our visual identity is at the heart of everything we do.The RoleWe are looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designer to join our founding team and become the visual architect of the Tea Stories brand. You will be responsible for translating our brand's soul&mdash;its sophistication, serenity, and storytelling essence&mdash;into stunning visual assets across all our marketing and packaging touchpoints. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of a fast-growing, premium D2C brand from the ground up.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Packaging Design: Conceptualize and execute elegant and premium designs for our product packaging, including boxes, labels, inserts, and special edition gift collections.</li><li>Digital Marketing Creatives: Design a wide range of digital assets, including compelling Instagram carousels, engaging Reels covers, sophisticated social media posts, targeted digital ads, and beautiful email marketing templates.</li><li>Website &amp; E-commerce Assets: Create visually stunning web banners, product images, icons, and other graphics for our D2C website (tstories.in) and our Amazon Brand Store.</li><li>B2B &amp; Sales Collateral: Design professional and on-brand presentations, proposals, product catalogues, and marketing materials for our B2B partners in the luxury hospitality and corporate gifting sectors.</li><li>Brand Consistency: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all visual output is cohesive and consistently adheres to our brand's premium aesthetic, typography, and color palette.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the co-founders and our marketing agency (Mindstory) to brainstorm creative concepts and bring our campaigns to life visually.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>You have 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a premium, D2C, or FMCG brand.</li><li>You possess a strong and sophisticated portfolio that showcases your expertise in both print (packaging) and digital design.</li><li>You are a master of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).</li><li>You have an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and minimalist, premium layout design.</li><li>You are a visual storyteller who understands how to evoke emotion and communicate a brand's message through design.</li><li>You are a proactive, collaborative, and passionate individual excited by the challenge of building a brand from its early stages.</li><li>Bonus Points: Experience with photography, photo editing, or simple motion graphics is a significant plus.</li></ul>Why Join Tea Stories?<ul><li>Shape a Brand: This is not a maintenance role.
