Every word you write will drive traffic, generate leads, and move investors closer to funding their next deal.What You&rsquo;ll DoA. Write and Optimize Copy<ul><li>Write long-form blog posts, case studies, and guides on real estate financing, DSCR loans, and working capital.</li><li>Create direct-response landing page copy that converts cold visitors into investor leads.</li><li>Research keywords and optimize every asset for SEO and conversions.</li></ul>B. Build Authority Content<ul><li>Craft white papers, funding guides, and investor education materials that position our firm as a trusted private lender.</li><li>Collaborate with our legal team to ensure all copy complies with financial advertising regulations.</li></ul>C. Drive Measurable Growth<ul><li>Track performance through Google Search Console and Ahrefs.</li><li>Continuously improve CTR, dwell time, and conversion rates through content testing.</li><li>Ensure all content demonstrates E-E-A-T (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trust).</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll Succeed If You<ul><li>Have 3&ndash;5 years of copywriting and SEO experience in financial services, real estate, or fintech.</li><li>Know how to research keywords and write to rank &mdash; not just write to sound good.</li><li>Understand financial terminology and can make complex loan structures easy to understand.</li><li>Have proven experience writing copy that sells high-ticket or financial offers.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Remote, full-time or part-time</li><li>Pay range: $3,000&ndash;$6,000/month depending on experience</li><li>Performance bonuses for traffic and conversion milestones</li></ul>Apply with:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 writing samples (preferably finance or real estate related)</li><li>A short paragraph on how you&rsquo;d improve our DSCR or working capital landing pages</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $4,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
