You&rsquo;ll own performance and brand growth for M&amp;B, Miss Lavish London, and Handicrafts Home across all digital channels in the home &amp; fashion category.What You&rsquo;ll Own (End-to-End)<ul><li>Strategy &rarr; Execution &rarr; Reporting for social, PPC &amp; paid media, email/CRM, influencers, basic SEO, and landing pages.</li><li>Content calendar, asset creation/coordination, publishing, community management, and analytics.</li><li>Vendor coordination only if absolutely required&mdash;default is you handle it yourself.</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media<ul><li>Run Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn (plus YouTube Shorts; TikTok where applicable).</li><li>Create &amp; publish posts/Reels/Pins with a steady weekly cadence.</li><li>Manage replies/DMs, grow community, and maintain brand voice.</li></ul>PPC &amp; Paid Marketing<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads.</li><li>Own budgets, pacing, audience/keyword strategy, bid strategies, creative testing, and retargeting.</li><li>Track and improve CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS; implement UTM tracking and landing-page alignment.</li></ul>Influencer/UGC<ul><li>Source, negotiate, brief, and track creators (home &amp; fashion).</li><li>Secure daily micro-collabs and repurpose assets for organic and paid.</li></ul>Content &amp; SEO Support<ul><li>Keyword research; on-page basics for blogs/landing pages.</li><li>Coordinate product shoots/UGC; quick edits for Reels/Shorts.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>GA4, Ads Managers, Search Console, and platform insights.</li><li>Ship weekly MIS: spend, traffic, CAC, ROAS, revenue attribution, top creatives/keywords, next actions.</li></ul>Requirements (Must-Have)<ul><li>2&ndash;4+ years in social &amp; digital marketing with independent ownership of channels.</li><li>Demonstrable PPC expertise (Google Ads + Meta) with measurable results.</li><li>Working skills in Canva/Figma and basic video editing (CapCut/Adobe).</li><li>Excellent copy, visual sense, and spreadsheet skills (LOOKUPs, Pivots).</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience partnering with marketplace/e-com teams; Amazon Ads PPC exposure is a plus.</li></ul>ApplySend resume + portfolio/case studies + current CTC to hr@muqeemandbrothers.com Subject: &ldquo;Application &ndash; Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist (Solo) &ndash; [Your Name]&rdquo;Note: This is a solo specialist role.
