 We are looking for a sophisticated Sales Manager with experience handling HNW / UHNW clientele to represent Muraba with confidence, precision, and elevated service standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Business Development &amp; Sales Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive sales for Muraba&rsquo;s properties by executing targeted strategies to attract affluent local and international buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, develop and maintain trusted relationships with HNW / VIP clients, offering a high-touch, consultative sales approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to connect with qualified prospects across the UAE, GCC, India, Europe and other key luxury buyer markets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Broker &amp; Partner Network Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish and nurture strong relationships with top-tier agents/agencies capable of representing Muraba&rsquo;s positioning and clientele.
 </li>
 <li>
 Activate and expand the luxury broker network to generate qualified leads and maximise exposure for Muraba Veil.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Market Intelligence &amp; Advisory
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, competitive landscape, pricing movement and relevant market shifts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support strategic decision-making by bringing fresh insights from both primary and secondary market activity.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Client Experience &amp; Brand Representation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Uphold Muraba&rsquo;s design philosophy and architectural narrative, reflecting the uniqueness of a Pritzker Prize-designed development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a premium, curated client experience aligned with Muraba&rsquo;s refined aesthetic and brand values.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Performance Monitoring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track sales pipeline, client movement, conversion activity and performance data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in commercial strategy.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the Dubai / UAE market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to communicate with, influence and convert HNW / VIP clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in closing transactions involving luxury residential properties.
 </li>
 <li>
 If you have a proven track record working with HNW / VIP clientele and closing high-value luxury deals &mdash; you could be a strong fit for this role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Active broker / realtor network in Dubai is a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of luxury buyer motivations, decision triggers and value perception.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly proactive, detail-oriented and service-driven mindset.
 </li>
