The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, writing, and litigation skills, along with the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and as part of a team. We do not have a minimum billable hours requirement.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage a diverse caseload involving complex commercial litigation and commercial construction disputes</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery</li></ul><ul><li>Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school</li></ul><ul><li>Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona</li></ul><ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of legal experience preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Westlaw.</li></ul><ul><li>ESI discovery experience including Relativity, DISCO, or other ESI platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously</li></ul><ul><li>Commitment to ethical practice and client service</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience</li></ul><ul><li>Health and vision insurance</li></ul><ul><li>401(k) plan</li></ul><ul><li>Paid time off and holidays</li></ul><ul><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>A collegial work environment with room for advancement</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
