<div></div><div>We are looking for a Sow Production Manager for our NC Swine operations.</div>
<div>Candidate must have:</div>
<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Animal Science or related field OR 5-7 years Sow Farm Manager experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Bi-Lingual Capabilities a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li> Successful Production History required</li></ul>

<div></div><div><div><b>Job Description:</b> Monitors production methods, costs, and performance data for each farm relative to cost containing measures and efficient methods of production. Identifies, communicates and takes appropriate action of problem areas.</div><br>

<div></div><div><b>Educational Requirements:</b> Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricutlure or related degree, or equivalent experience preferred.</div>
<div><b>Skills Required:</b> 5-7 years of proven Swine Management experience. Problem solving. Organizational skills. Builds relationships. Proven ability to carry out SOPs.</div>
<div><b>Status:</b> Professional - Full Time - Exempt</div>
<div><b>Salary:</b> Salary dependent upon experience and education.</div>
