You must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:<ul><li>experience in handling personal injury cases from intake to resolution</li><li>thorough knowledge of California efiling, calendaring deadlines, etc.</li><li>ability to work independently toward team goals</li><li>excellent written and verbal communication as well as typing skills</li><li>ability to prioritize and handle assigned tasks efficiently</li><li>excellent organization and dependability</li><li>thorough knowledge of computers, the internet, and other technology, including scanners, printers, online phone systems, etc.</li><li>familiarity with Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, legal CRM programs, efaxing, etc.</li><li>ability and willingness to learn and utilize new computer programs as needed</li><li>an excellent phone presence and the ability to process new client intakes</li></ul>Knowledge of Nevada law and procedures not necessary but a plus! Salary will be commensurate with experience. You will get PTO and holidays off. Work in our casual Ventura office, or possibly remotely from home if you have a full set-up. Show us what you've got.
