<ul><li>Patient Billing &amp; Revenue. </li><li>Billing Accuracy: Verify patient bills against services rendered (lab tests, room charges, surgery).</li><li>Insurance/Corporate Claims:</li><li>Process and follow up on insurance claims and corporate panels.</li><li>Daily Cash Balancing:</li><li>Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and online collections from the front desk.</li><li>Pharmacy &amp; Inventory Accounting. Stock Verification:</li><li>Reconcile pharmacy sales with physical stock levels to prevent leakage.</li><li>Purchase Orders:</li><li>Verify vendor invoices against Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for medicine and surgical supplies.</li><li>Consultant &amp; Vendor Payments. Doctor Payouts:</li><li>Calculate and process monthly shares/fees for consultants based on patient visits and procedures.</li><li>Vendor Management:</li><li>Manage the accounts payable cycle for medical equipment, utility bills, and facility suppliers.</li><li>Bank Reconciliations:</li><li>Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of all hospital bank accounts.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Statutory Tax. Salary Processing:</li><li>Prepare monthly payroll, including deductions for leave, advances, and &quot;our time&quot; (overtime/attendance) tracking.</li><li>Tax Compliance: Calculate and file withholding taxes (TDS) on vendor payments and consultant fees.</li><li>Statutory Filings:</li><li>GST (if applicable), Income Tax returns, and annual audits.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi Nazimabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Candidate must be finance and commerce graduate having certification will be preferable.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
