<div>Administrative Assistant
The Musco Saudi Arabia Team has an opening for an Administrative Assistant at our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The primary purpose of this position is to welcome and assist visitors in a professional manager, receive and route telephone calls, and assist the HR and Manufacturing management team with various administrative and office duties. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!
Essential Criteria:
<ul><li>Previous front desk and multi-line phone system experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong grasp of both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).</li>
<li>Strong administrative, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in Office 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to be self-directed, remain flexible, and enjoy a constantly changing team environment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a confidential manner.</li>
</ul>
Roles and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Answer internal and external calls in a courteous and professional manner, and route calls to appropriate individuals.</li>
<li>Welcome and direct visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.</li>
<li>Assist in arranging scheduling and cleaning for Musco facilities, including production and office areas, and corporate apartments.</li>
<li>Receive and process outgoing and incoming daily mail, packages, deliveries, and other items.</li>
<li>Coordinate reservations of meeting spaces, vehicles, and company equipment.</li>
<li>Assist in team communications, scheduling appointments, and organizing traffic flow.</li>
<li>Assist in team travel booking as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in daily shuttle bus arrangements.</li>
<li>Ensure office and breakroom areas are properly stocked with necessary items, order and stock items as needed.</li>
<li>Collect and assist in processing monthly expense reports.</li>
<li>Assist HR Manager with company activities as needed (examples include company dinners, team building activities).</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to various departments and other tasks assigned as necessary.</li>
