2. Certification/License: </div><div>Service certificate S-5; Certified School Social Worker</div></div><br>

4. Physical Activities: </div><div>Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities</div></div><br>

5. Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities: </div><div>Written and oral communication; planning; organization</div></div></div><p><br>
</p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Provides case management for children and serves as liasion between family, school, and other community agenices.</li><li>
Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.</li><li>
Provides group or individual counseling that supports improved social-emotional development, as well as IEP objective mastery.</li><li>
Participates in regular treatment team and individual education plan meetings.</li><li>
Provides classroom support to assigned classrooms and crisis support for assigned building locations.</li><li>
Provides consultation and tracking results to students in other settings.</li><li>
Provides family/parent training activities.</li><li>
Maintains accurate reports and records and submits them properly.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned by the building administrator.</li></ul><p></p><div><br>
